Chermoula Prawn Pitta
An easy weekday dinner, light, quick and yummy. This serves 2.


  • 1 pack of Taste Collectiv Chermoula;
  • Raw large prawns (we allowed approx 12 per sandwich);
  • 2 pitta bread;
  • Rocket or salad leaves;
  • Plain yoghurt or creme fraiche to serve.


  1. Coat the prawns in the chermoula;
  2. We skewered the prawns on some cocktail sticks to make them easier to turn in the pan, but this is optional;
  3. Pan fry the prawns on a high heat until they go pink (2-3 minutes)
  4. Assemble your pitta, layering salad with the yoghurt and prawns.

Weekday dinners can be so uninspiring when pushed for time, this pitta piled high with prawns feels like a treat, but is ready to eat in just 5 minutes.
