Chicken Jalfrezi
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Jalfrezi
- 300g diced chicken breast
- 1 red pepper
- 100ml water
- white rice to serve
Optional
- Coriander and Nigella seeds to sprinkle
Method
- Pan fry the diced up chicken and pepper in a little oil
- Add the jalfrezi to the pan with 100ml of water
- Bring to a simmer for 10 mins
- Serve with fluffy white rice
