Chicken Jalfrezi

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Jalfrezi
  • 300g diced chicken breast
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100ml water
  • white rice to serve

Optional

  • Coriander and Nigella seeds to sprinkle 

Method

  1. Pan fry the diced up chicken and pepper in a little oil
  2. Add the jalfrezi to the pan with 100ml of water
  3. Bring to a simmer for 10 mins
  4. Serve with fluffy white rice
