Chicken Korma

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Korma
  • 2 chicken breasts diced ( approx 300g)
  • 100ml water
  • white rice to serve

Optional

  • fresh coriander to garnish
  • lime wedges

Method

  1. Pan fry the diced chicken with a little oil until cooked through
  2. Add the korma and 100ml of water
  3. Simmer for 10 mins
  4. Serve with fluffy white rice
