Chicken Korma
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Korma
- 2 chicken breasts diced ( approx 300g)
- 100ml water
- white rice to serve
Optional
- fresh coriander to garnish
- lime wedges
Method
- Pan fry the diced chicken with a little oil until cooked through
- Add the korma and 100ml of water
- Simmer for 10 mins
- Serve with fluffy white rice
