Chicken Laksa
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Laksa paste
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 125g egg noodles
Optional
- 1 diced red chilli
- spring onion
- coriander to garnash
Method
- On a non stick deep pan over a medium heat fry the laksa paste for 1 to 2 mins until warm through.
- Add the coconut milk and stir. Now add thinly diced chicken and poach for 15 mins
- Add the egg noodles into the laksa and simmer until soft
- Add water to loosen up if required
- Garnish and enjoy
