Chicken Laksa


  • 1 pack of Laksa paste
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 125g egg noodles


  • 1 diced red chilli
  • spring onion
  • coriander to garnash


  1. On a non stick deep pan over a medium heat fry the laksa paste for 1 to 2 mins until warm through. 
  2. Add the coconut milk and stir. Now add thinly diced chicken and poach for 15 mins
  3. Add the egg noodles into the laksa and simmer until soft
  4. Add water to loosen up if required
  5. Garnish and enjoy
