Classic Bolognese


  • 1 pack of Bolognese
  • 250g best beef mince
  • 100ml water
  • freshly cooked spaghetti


  • lots and lots of parmesan for sprinkling


  1. Pan fry the beef mince with a little oil
  2. Add the bolognese and 100ml of water
  3. Simmer for 10-15 mins until it goes lovely and thick.
  4. serve with freshly cooked spaghetti and lots of parmesan
