An easy weekday dinner, simple, but delivers massive flavour.
- 1 pack of Taste Collectiv Harissa;
- 4 fresh salmon fillets;
- Vegetables to serve, we used baby roast potatoes, green beans and salad.
- Coat the salmon fillets in the harissa;
- Place under a medium grill, for 10 minutes, or until cooked though;
- Serve with your choice of vegetables.
