Jalfrezi Slow Cooked Beef


  • 1 pack of Jalfrezi
  • 300ml beef stock
  • 750g of diced beef
  • 2 packs of pilau rice


  • fresh coriander 


  1.  Brown off the beef in a skillet for 10 minutes on a medium to high heat.
  2. Once cooked transfer to a slow cooker and add stock with the Jalfrezi and leave on a low heat until beef is tender.
  3. Serve with rice and garnish with chopped coriander.
