Jalfrezi Slow Cooked Beef
- 1 pack of Jalfrezi
- 300ml beef stock
- 750g of diced beef
- 2 packs of pilau rice
- fresh coriander
- Brown off the beef in a skillet for 10 minutes on a medium to high heat.
- Once cooked transfer to a slow cooker and add stock with the Jalfrezi and leave on a low heat until beef is tender.
- Serve with rice and garnish with chopped coriander.
