Lemon Crusted Cod
- 1 pack of lemon tagine
- 100g bread crumbs
- 2 small cood fillets
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C fan/gas 6.
2. Combine the lemon tagine and the bread crumbs together in a bowl.
3. Place the cod fillets in a roasting tin, then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Sprinkle the lemon tagine crumb mixture on top of the fillets.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the crumb is golden. Serve with asparagus and new potatoes
