Lentil Bolognese

sometimes we like to go veggie.....here is our favourite easy mid week option.


  • 250g cooked puy style lentils. Merchant gourmet do good ones in a pouch.
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • parsley to sprinkle over
  • 1 pack of bolognese

Put the lentils in the pan with the bolognese sauce and 100mls of water, add the spinach and simmer till thick and luxurious.

Serve with fresh spaghetti.
