Paneer Jalfrezi

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Jalfrezi
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 250g Paneer cut into 2cm piece

Optional

  • Coriander
  • Pilau rice

Method

  • On a medium heat fry off the red pepper until soft with a teaspoon of veg oil
  • Turn down the heat and add the paneer and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Finally add the Jalfrezi with 100ml of water (roughly half a pouch) and cook for a further 5 miutes
  • Serve with rice.
