- 1 pack of Jalfrezi
- 1 red bell pepper
- 250g Paneer cut into 2cm piece
- Pilau rice
- On a medium heat fry off the red pepper until soft with a teaspoon of veg oil
- Turn down the heat and add the paneer and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
- Finally add the Jalfrezi with 100ml of water (roughly half a pouch) and cook for a further 5 miutes
- Serve with rice.
