- 1 pack of Green Pesto
- 250g freshly cooked pasta
- fresh herbs to garnish
- Cook your pasta as per the packet instructions
- Drain saving a tiny bit of the pasta water (this is the magic trick!)
- Stir through the pesto and the saved bit of pasta water. The starchy water makes the sauce go super creamy and helps to melt all the pecorino cheese in the pesto.
