- 150g instant rice noodles
- 1 pack of Satay sauce
- 150g cooked king prawns
- 1/2yellow pepper, finely sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, seeds removed and cut into half moons
- 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
- 2 spring onions, diagonally sliced
In a separate pan add the satay with 100ml of water and gently cook through on a medium heat. Once warmed through add the rest of the ingredients and serve with the rice noodles.
