Prawn Satay

  • 150g instant rice noodles
  • 1 pack of Satay sauce
  • 150g cooked king prawns
  • 1/2yellow pepper, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, seeds removed and cut into half moons
  • 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
  • 2 spring onions, diagonally sliced
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
In a separate pan add the satay with 100ml of water and gently cook through on a medium heat. Once warmed through add the rest of the ingredients and serve with the rice noodles.
