- 2 fillets of boneless skinless salmon
- 100g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 150g fine green beans (trimmed)
- 1 pack Pesto
- baking parchment
Place the salmon and veggies in baking parchment, top with pesto then fold the parcel together. Place in a medium oven for 25 mins or until the salmon is cooked. Serve with new potatoes.
