Slow Cooked Beef Teriyaki

Serve 4


  • 1 pack of Teriyaki
  • 300ml beef stock
  • 750g of diced beef
  • 2 packs of jasmin rice


  • 2 carrots diced
  • spring onions


  1.  Brown off the beef in a skillet for 10 minutes on a medium to high heat.
  2. Once cooked transfer to a slow cooker and add stock, teriyaki with diced carrots and leave on a low heat until beef is tender.
  3. Serve with rice and garnish with spring onions.
