Teriyaki Veg leftovers
- 350g approx of mixed stirfry veg - eg broccoli, peppers. mangetout, spinach, spring greens, carrots (ribboned with a peeler) etc
- 225g cooked rice/noodles
- 1 pack of Teriyaki
- If you have any we like to throw in some cashew nuts or peanuts.
Simply pan fry all the leftover veg in a wok, when cooked through add in the rice/noodles and the teriyaki sauce, heat through and serve.
