Vegan Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Bolognese
  • 1 tin of lentil drained or a pouch of the Merchant Gourmet ones
  • 1 courgette
  • 100ml water
  • spaghetti to serve

Optional

  • fresh basil for sprinkling

Method

  1. Pan fry the diced up courgette in a little oil
  2. Add the bolognese to the pan with 100ml of water
  3. Bring to a simmer for 5 mins
  4. Serve with freshly cooked spaghetti
