Sticky BBQ Chicken
- 1 pack of Bourbon BBQ
- 6 Chicken thighs or legs
- coleslaw and salads to serve
- Put the chicken pieces and the sauce in a bowl and coat well
- Transfer to an oven proof dish, cover with foil
- Put in a medium oven (180*C) for 25 mins, remove the foil
- Brown for 10 mins with the foil off
- check chicken is cooked through - i use a skewer and make sure the juices run clear.
- Serve with crispy salad and a side of slaw.
This makes a generous dinner for 2, chopsticks optional.
