Honey & Mustard Chicken

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Honey & Mustard
  • 2 butterflied chicken breasts
  • Table spoon of creme fraiche
  • Rice to serve

Optional

  • Crusty bread
  • Leaf salad

Method

  1. Butterfly 2 chicken breasts and pan fry until golden on each side and cooked through. Remove from the pan to rest.
  2. Add the Honey and Mustard sauce to to pan with the creme fraiche
  3. Bring to a simmer
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and serve.
