Honey & Mustard Chicken
- 1 pack of Honey & Mustard
- 2 butterflied chicken breasts
- Table spoon of creme fraiche
- Rice to serve
- Crusty bread
- Leaf salad
- Butterfly 2 chicken breasts and pan fry until golden on each side and cooked through. Remove from the pan to rest.
- Add the Honey and Mustard sauce to to pan with the creme fraiche
- Bring to a simmer
- Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and serve.
