Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of red pepper hummus
  • selection of crunchy vegetables
  • 1 pack flatbreads

Method

  1. Decant the hummus into a cute pot
  2. Chop up your vegetables, we used 1/2 cucumber, 1 red pepper and some baby carrots
  3. add the flatbreads or crackers to the platter
  4. enjoy!

This makes a generous starter for up to 4 people (increase vegetable amount accordingly.)
