Spanish Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Spanish Chicken
  • 2 butterflied chicken breasts

Optional

  • Crusty bread to serve

Method

  1. Butterfly 2 chicken breasts and pan fry until golden on each side
  2. add the spanish chicken sauce and 100ml of water to the pan
  3. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through
  4. Remove the chicken from the sauce and slice, lay on top of the rich tomato sauce.
