Spanish Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Spanish Chicken
- 2 butterflied chicken breasts
Optional
- Crusty bread to serve
Method
- Butterfly 2 chicken breasts and pan fry until golden on each side
- add the spanish chicken sauce and 100ml of water to the pan
- Simmer until the chicken is cooked through
- Remove the chicken from the sauce and slice, lay on top of the rich tomato sauce.
