Tarragon chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Creamy Tarragon
  • 300g diced chicken
  • 100ml double cream - you can use creme fraiche for a lighter option.

Optional

  • carrots, potatoes and green veg to serve

Method

  1. Pan fry the chicken breast until cooked through (10mins)
  2. add the tarragon sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer
  3. stir through the double cream
  4. serve with your chosen vegetables.

This makes a generous dinner for 2.
