- 1 pack of Creamy Tarragon
- 300g diced chicken
- 100ml double cream - you can use creme fraiche for a lighter option.
- carrots, potatoes and green veg to serve
- Pan fry the chicken breast until cooked through (10mins)
- add the tarragon sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer
- stir through the double cream
- serve with your chosen vegetables.
This makes a generous dinner for 2.
