This month's special is Laksa, a Malaysian curry paste. This was specially ordered by the Head Chef at the Suffolk Food Hall for their spring menu and tastes truly divine!
With rice noodles, cooked chicken and veg simply add a tin of coconut milk and a splash of water to make a fragrant spiced Laksa soup for 2.
