Our Massaman curry paste was created for a special request by a local chef. Massaman curry is rich with peanuts, creamy and indulgent. Its mild and fragrant rather than super hot. We love it with slow cooked beef or if in a hurry for a speedy supper chicken or prawns.
Simply add 1 400ml tin of coconut milk to the paste and simmer till the meat is done - if slow cooking beef top up with a little water to stop the sauce drying out.
